Mridula Chilakamarri Bio (LinkedIn)
I am a Product Manager at Dell Technologies, where I own the roadmap for an enterprise automation and orchestration platform used to deploy and manage infrastructure across on-prem, edge, and cloud environments. My path here started in infrastructure engineering, building and supporting mission-critical storage systems for enterprise customers, before I moved into product roles where I could shape the platforms those systems ran on. Over more than a decade, I have worked across storage, edge computing, and cloud-native automation, carrying real operational experience into every product decision I make.Today I lead the product definition for how enterprise customers deploy and operate a complex automation platform, from installer experience to lifecycle management to observability. I work closely with architects, engineers, and customers directly, translating operational pain points into features that hold up under enterprise scale and security requirements. My focus right now is on making a historically complex deployment experience simple and secure for the customers who depend on it, without compromising the platform's integrity.
